Applicable accounts may incur account fees due to inactivity, fraudulent activity, debts, outstanding payments or missed deliveries. It is imperative to remit any associated fees punctually.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on the customer's original payment method. For international customers using cards not issued in the United States, refunds may take up to 21 business days.

Filing a dispute or claim with any external governing body, third-party agency, or financial institution without first utilizing Applerok's internal resolution processes is strictly prohibited. [3] In the event an external dispute is initiated, Applerok reserves the right to automatically cancel the associated order and issue a refund within twenty-one (21) business days as a gesture of goodwill. [4] Furthermore, the account associated with the external dispute may be subject to immediate freezing or suspension to prevent further issues and facilitate internal review. [5] To ensure the most efficient resolution and avoid potential account restrictions, customers are strongly encouraged to utilize our internal claim portal or contact our support team directly. [6]
Should you have an outstanding payment or account fees due, we will reach out to you to resolve the debt. After 30 days, on the evening of the 29th day, we will notify you that this is our final attempt. We reserve the right to pursue any debts owed to us by referring your account to a collections agency, HP Holdings. Debts that are older than 30 days are eligible for recovery. We reserve the right to engage HP Holdings to recover debts exceeding 30 days.
Please note that items purchased using gift cards, as well as any items priced under $9.99, are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, returns due to change of mind, buyer's remorse, or other reasons. By completing such purchases, you agree to accept this refund policy.
