We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

Return Instructions for Applerok
1. Prepare Your Return:

• Ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
• Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with your return.

2. Obtain Your QR Code:

• Please contact our customer service team at [customer service email/phone number] or visit our website to request a return QR code. This QR code will be necessary for shipping your return.

3. Package Your Return:

• Place the item(s) securely in a box or padded envelope. Make sure to include the receipt or order confirmation.
• Seal the package securely.

4. Ship Your Return:

• Take your packaged return to the nearest FedEx location. You can find the nearest location by visiting the FedEx website or using their mobile app.
• Present the QR code to the FedEx representative, who will assist you in shipping your return at no cost.

5. Track Your Return:

• Once your return is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from FedEx. Keep this for your records.

6. Refund Process:

• After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within [insert timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days]. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging that we provided you
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to your original payment method. You will receive a refund confirmation email.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 200 days. Exchanges exceeding 200 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Upon pickup of the item by the shipping provider.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, OnceProvided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

You will be updated on your Return Status through  EMAIL, PHONE, and SMS provided that all contact information was provided
